Sentimental Market : Nifty & Sensex Closed in Green, Huge Buying in IT sector

The Nifty closed higher for the fourth consecutive day on demand as Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced in his Independence Day speech on August 15 that comprehensive reforms in the GST rate structure would be implemented before Diwali, which is expected to benefit automobiles, FMCG, insurance and select financial sectors.

Another reason for the market rally was the positive improvement in India-China relations. China lifted restrictions on exports of fertilizers, rare earth magnets and large tunneling machines to India, which gave a positive boost to the market.

Hamas has shown its readiness to accept the Gaza ceasefire proposed by Qatar and Egypt, and US President Donald Trump's steps to establish peace between Russia and Ukraine could also be a reason for the market rally.

The main reason for the rally in the IT sector is the annual meeting of the US Federal Reserve to be held in Jackson Hole, Wyoming from August 21 to 23. In this meeting, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell will speak on the current US economic outlook and the central bank's policy framework.

US President Donald Trump is pressuring Fed Chairman Jerome Powell to cut Fed rates, so most investors are now expecting the Fed to cut rates by 25 basis points next month. The Fed's rate cut can benefit US economic growth, especially the housing industry and the IT sector.

Therefore, shares of almost all major IT companies in India rose by about 4% today because these IT companies get a major part of their revenue from the US market.

In the last session of the stock market today, the Sensex closed at 81857.84, up 213.45 points or 0.26%, while the Nifty Fifty closed at 25050.55, up 69.90 points or 0.28%.

पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी 15 ऑगस्ट रोजी स्वातंत्र्य दिनाच्या भाषणामध्ये जीएसटी दर रचनेत व्यापक सुधारणांची अंमलबजावणी दिवाळीच्या आधी करण्यात येईल अशी घोषणा केल्यामुळे ऑटोमोबाईल एफएमसीजी, विमा आणि निवडक वित्तीय क्षेत्रांना फायदा होण्याची अपेक्षा आहे त्यामुळे बाजारात मागणी वाढून निफ्टी सलग चौथ्या दिवशी तेजी मध्ये बंद झाला.

 बाजार वाढण्याचे दुसरे कारण म्हणजे भारत आणि चीन संबंधामधील  होत असलेल्या सकारात्मक सुधारणा. चीनने भारतामध्ये खते, दुर्मिळ पृथ्वीय चुंबक आणि टनेलच्या मोठ्या मशीन्स यांच्या निर्यातीवरील निर्बंध उठवल्यामुळे बाजाराला एक सकारात्मक चालना मिळाली.

 कतार आणि इजिप्त यांनी प्रस्तावित केलेल्या गाजा युद्धविरामाला हामास ने तयारी दर्शविली आहे आणि अमेरिकेचे अध्यक्ष डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प यांनी रशिया आणि युक्रेन मध्ये शांतता स्थापित करण्यासाठी उचललेले पाऊल हे सुद्धा बाजार वाढण्याचे एक कारण असू शकते.

 आयटी सेक्टर मधील तेजीचे प्रमुख कारण म्हणजे अमेरिकन सेंट्रल बँक ची 21 ते 23 ऑगस्ट दरम्यान वायोमिंग मधील जॅक्शन होल येथे होणारी वार्षिक परिसंवाद बैठक. या बैठकीमध्ये फेडचे अध्यक्ष जेरोम पावेल हे सध्याच्या अमेरिकेच्या आर्थिक दृष्टिकोनावर आणि सेंट्रल बँकेच्या धोरणात्मक चौकटीवर बोलणार आहेत. 

अमेरिकेचे अध्यक्ष डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प यांचा फेडचे अध्यक्ष जेरोम पावेल यांच्यावर फेड दर कमी करण्याबाबत दबाव आहे त्यामुळे बहुतेक गुंतवणूकदार आता पुढील महिन्यात फेडचे दर 25 बेस पॉइंट ने कपात होतील याची अपेक्षा करत आहेत. फेडच्या दर कपातीचा फायदा अमेरिकेच्या आर्थिक वाढीला विशेष करून गृह निर्माण उद्योगाला आणि आयटी क्षेत्राला होऊ शकतो. 

त्यामुळे आज भारतातील जवळपास सर्व प्रमुख आयटी कंपन्यानंचे शेअर्स जवळपास 4% ने वाढले कारण ह्या आयटी कंपन्याना त्यांच्या महसुलाचा मोठा भाग अमेरिकेतील बाजारपेठेतून मिळतो.

 आज स्टॉक मार्केटमध्ये शेवटच्या सत्रात सेन्सेक्स 213.45 अंकांनी किंवा 0.26 % वाढून 81857.84 वर बंद झाला तर निफ्टी फिफ्टी 69.90 अंकांनी किंवा 0.28 % वाढून 25050.55 बंद झाला.
